Frequently Asked Questions

Getting started & scheduling

How do I get started with your agency?
Schedule an introduction call with us to confirm we’re a good fit, discuss the project timeline, and receive a proposal.
How much advance notice do you need to schedule my project?
We’re often booked 1–3 months in advance, depending on the season. The sooner you inform us about your project, the sooner we can book you in.
Do you work with clients from different countries?
Yes, we have worked with clients in 10 different countries across 5 continents. Email and Zoom make it easy to collaborate regardless of distance.

Pricing & payment

How does the payment process work?
You’ll make a 50% deposit upon signing the proposal to secure your slot, and the remaining 50% upon project completion for fixed-price projects. For retainers and projects billed hourly, we agree on payment terms before starting, typically on a monthly basis.
Are there any extra or hidden charges?
We believe in full transparency. All costs are itemized and agreed upon before starting your project. If additional charges arise during the process, you’ll be notified in advance and asked for approval. For hourly or retainer projects, you’ll have access to a time-tracking sheet to monitor task hours and costs.
Why are your prices higher than other design agencies?
Our pricing reflects the time, focus, and expertise we dedicate to each client. It enables us to hire top talent, provide excellent tools and resources, and deliver stellar results tailored to your needs.
For retainer or hourly projects, will I have insight into how much time is spent?
Yes, we’ll share a time-tracking sheet to monitor hours spent on tasks and overall costs.

Project requirements & timeline

What will be required of me as a client, and how much time should I prepare to dedicate?
This depends on the project type. During the initial phase, we’ll need your input through a meeting or workshop. For simpler projects, a single meeting may suffice. For complex projects, expect to invest more time upfront. Set aside about 45 minutes for each design review session and provide timely feedback to avoid delays.
How long does it take to design and develop a website?
The typical timeline ranges from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the scope. Factors like content preparation, image quality, and integrations can affect the timeline.

Design process & deliverables

What is a content strategy, and how does it fit into website design?
A content strategy is a structured plan that defines your goals, target audience, tone of voice, and overall vision. We work with you to create content that aligns with your objectives, reorganizing the structure, refining copy, and optimizing for search engines.
Do you offer responsive design for mobile and tablet devices?
Absolutely. All our web designs are fully responsive and optimized for mobile and tablet devices.
What is considered a revision?
A revision includes constructive feedback or adjustments after presenting a concept. This may involve changes to color schemes, fonts, or design elements.
