Introduction

Beppo is a parking and fuel theft enforcement solution that helps private individuals and businesses tackle unauthorized parking and unpaid fuel transactions. Through its app, users can issue fines and recover lost revenue efficiently. With expansion into new markets, Beppo needed a website that clearly communicated its dual value proposition, catered to diverse audiences, and supported its growth. We will show you the process of creating a multilingual, persona-driven website designed to drive conversions and improve user experience.

The challenge

Turning complexity into clarity

When Beppo, a pioneer in parking management and fuel theft prevention, approached us, they faced a classic startup challenge: their innovative solutions were powerful, but their website wasn’t doing them justice. Their digital presence was caught in a paradox – simultaneously too sparse and too complicated – making it difficult for potential clients to understand their value proposition.

The stakes were high. Beppo offers two distinct services that transform how businesses handle everyday challenges:

  • A parking control system that helps property owners manage their spaces and handle unauthorized parking
  • A fuel theft prevention system that enables gas stations to quickly identify and address fuel theft incidents

Strategic approach

Understanding different user journeys

Our analysis revealed that Beppo’s target audience was more diverse than initially apparent. From individual homeowners to corporate real estate developers, from small business owners to gas station chains – each had unique needs and pain points. This diversity demanded a sophisticated approach to user journey mapping.

Through careful analysis, we identified 12 distinct user personas, each requiring their own pathway to conversion. These personas ranged from:

  • Private individuals managing residential parking spaces
  • Small business owners protecting customer parking
  • Corporate clients overseeing multiple locations
  • Gas station operators concerned with fuel theft

The solution

A four-tier architecture

To address this complexity, we designed a revolutionary four-tier website architecture:
This hierarchy ensures that whether a visitor arrives through organic search or targeted marketing campaigns, they quickly find information relevant to their specific situation.

Technical implementation & localization

The project presented unique technical challenges, particularly in serving multiple markets with different service offerings. We implemented:

  • A multilingual system supporting 4 languages
  • Region-specific content management
  • Responsive design optimized for all devices
  • WordPress backend for easy content management

The development process leveraged Figma for design and WordPress for implementation, ensuring a scalable and maintainable solution.

Results and ongoing optimization

While the website has just launched, its structure provides Beppo with:

  • Clear pathways for lead qualification
  • Improved user experience through persona-based navigation
  • Scalability for expansion into new markets
  • Foundation for continuous optimization based on user behavior

Key learnings

This project highlighted several crucial insights for complex B2B services:

Final thoughts

The Beppo project demonstrates how thoughtful information architecture can transform complex B2B services into clear, compelling user journeys. By understanding and embracing the complexity of their audience rather than trying to simplify it away, we created a solution that serves both the business and its users effectively.
